1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using ContemplaLance Ride Lab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts and parents/guardians

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase courses. Parents and guardians may create learner profiles for their children and are responsible for supervising use.

3. Purchases and refunds

Course fees are displayed in the catalog. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for purchases. Refunds may be available within 14 days as described in our Refund Policy when a reasonable portion of the course has not been completed.

4. License to content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased course content for personal, non-commercial coaching within your household.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share account credentials or resell content.
• Do not copy, record, or distribute course materials without permission.
• Do not use the Services to harass, harm, or mislead others.
• Follow all safety instructions and use appropriate protective gear.

6. Safety disclaimer

Bicycling involves risk. Our content is educational and does not eliminate risk. You are responsible for supervising children and selecting safe practice environments.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, content, and platform features are owned by ContemplaLance Ride Lab or our licensors and are protected by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for misconduct that risks harm to others or the Services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from bicycling activities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
